- Lakeview Elementary earned a school grade of A in the first year of implementation. It was the only Zone school to earn a grade of A.
- Lakeview’s 5th grade math students increased by 38 percentage points on the 2004-2005 FCAT Math Test, more than any other elementary school in the region.
- Lakeview’s 5th grade math students posted 79% of students making learning gains on the 2004-2005 FCAT Math Test.
- Holmes Elementary earned a grade of C in the first year of implementation.
- Holmes 3rd grade posted a 30 percentage point increase on the 2005-2006 FCAT Math Test; one of only seven schools in Miami-Dade County to increase by 30 points or more.
- Holmes Elementary posted 67% of students making learning gains on the 2005-2006 FCAT Math Test.
- Lake Stevens earned a grade of A in its first year of implementation.
- Bob Graham Education Center posted its highest levels of students earning Level 3 or higher on the 2005-2006 FCAT Math Test.
- Of the third grade 2005-2006 FCAT math scores, seven schools increased by 30 percentage points or more, three utilized the On Target Benchmark Reviews: Holmes Elementary, Lakeview Elementary, and Lake Stevens Elementary.
